Recurring dreams are like Deja Vu for the subconscious mind; it is reliving something it already experienced. While the reasons for a conscious Deja Vu are still theoretical, the reasons for a subconscious Deja Vu – or recurring dream – are pretty solid… and there are two of them. One reason is that the recurring dream is connected to an ongoing issue, for as long as the issue continues, so will the dream. In this case, the recurring dream is trying to act as a guiding force, helping the dreamer better understand and navigate the issue so that he or she can move on from it.

The other reason is that the recurring dream is connected to a recurring behavior, whenever we exhibit the behavior in real life we get the dream. The teeth falling out dream is a prime example of this. The teeth falling out dream is usually caused by the recurring behavior of speaking before thinking about it, saying something that really ought to have remained in your mouth. In this case, the recurring dream is a subconscious reaction to a behavior that needs to be corrected or monitored.

Below is an example of a recurring dream being connected to an ongoing issue. I love how this dream provides very clear advice for the dreamer in the form of tombstones!! This is from my nationally syndicated newspaper column The Dream Zone…

Dear Lauri,
The last three nights I’ve had a dream that involved a cemetery. But in the dream the tombstones are all inside a big, creepy house and I’m scared. The graves are all very old and the houses are always Victorian and filled with antiques. – Renee 32, Syracuse, NY

Lauri: The old graves, the Victorian house and the antiques all suggest this dream is dealing with an old issue in your life, an issue that is dead, over and buried but for some reason, the last few days or so, it is on your mind again or something is causing you to feel affected by it again. Also, the tombstones are inside the house rather than out in the open. This suggests that this may be something that you have kept to yourself rather than opening up about it. Your subconscious is trying to show you this is something that is over; rather than allowing it to haunt you, let it remain buried and in the past where it belongs.

Renee replies: Wow… that’s amazing. In part of the dream there were even people that come out of the tombs to chase me (which obviously must be related to a past issue chasing me). I’ve actually been dealing with a relationship issue that keeps reoccurring and I have been keeping it to myself. I had an affair a few years ago. About a week ago the man I had the affair with contacted me. While I have no interest in repeating my past mistake, I haven’t told my husband this man reached out to me again. I’ve been struggling with whether or not to tell my husband. It has been weighing heavy on my mind.

These dreams are reminding Renee that this affair is dead and is buried and that mentioning to her husband that the guy is reaching out to her will only bring all the pain back to life… for both of them. The dream had to keep coming back and telling her the same thing again and again until she got the message. And the message is: Don’t raise the dead!

Your recurring dreams work the same way too. Whether they are connected to a recurring behavior or an ongoing issue, the recurring dream is letting you know you are stuck somewhere in your life. It is important to remember that the dream cannot move forward until you move forward, whether that movement is in the form of correcting a behavior or of handling an issue and putting an end to it. Think of your recurring dream as your mom, who only wants the best for you but has to keep telling you the same thing over and over until you finally get it and take action.

In the dream world we often find ourselves operating, riding in or encountering various vehicles, just like in the real world. And just like in the real world, dream vehicles crash! Because dreams often seem and feel so real, and the emotions we experience in the dream are definitely real, it’s understandable that crash dreams can make us worry that, due to some sort of warp in the time-space continuum, we may be dreaming of a future event.

This is so so so not true! Dreams are about what is going on in your life RIGHT NOW. And what’s more, dreams are symbolic. So the vehicle in your dream is not about an actual vehicle you drive to work or to the corner bar, it’s symbolic of your ability to progress in your life; your ability to move toward a goal or even your ability to move on from the past. And when a vehicle crashes in your dream, it reflects that something in your life that was previously moving along quite nicely has suddenly become a mess.

The following dream illustrates this perfectly. It is from my nationally syndicated newspaper column The Dream Zone…

Dear Lauri,
I just had a horrific dream that I saw a pickup truck speed past me and drive right into a train. I covered my daughter’s eyes from seeing the crash that happened right in front of us. After the impact I went to the police station and the dispatcher said that someone already reported it. Oh but the truck made it thru the train but it was all broken up. And not sure but the man driving the truck was singing really loud and I could hear him as he drove by. – Sigourney 28, Ottawa, OH

Lauri: The crash represents something that has recently and greatly impacted you, something that came “crashing” into your life metaphorically. Why a train? It could mean that this issue has crashed into your normal “train” of thought. Is it on your mind a lot? Or it could mean that you felt you were on “the right track” until this mess happened. It is important that it is a pickup truck in the dream as opposed to another type of vehicle because it is a message that you need to “pick up” and carry on.

Sigourney replies: Wow. That is so exact! Last week I went to my apartment that I hadn’t been staying at due to flood damage and found out I had been robbed! Literally everything was gone: books, pictures off of the walls, sheets, blankets, all of my daughter’s clothes, you get the hint. The robbery is all I have been thinking of. And now that you say all of that, I have been “covering” my daughter from this. In the dream I covered her eyes and in waking life I haven’t allowed her to really see what’s going on. But you’re right, now it’s all about picking up pieces and waiting for insurance to come thru so I can get new furniture because we have nothing left. That is amazing. Thank you!

Notice how Sigourney was not behind the wheel of either of the vehicles that crashed? That’s an important detail as well and it is because she had no involvement in the breaking in of her apartment. She does, unfortunately, have to deal with the aftermath. Good luck Sigourney. And remember, in the long winding road of life, this is merely a pothole.

How many times have you woken up from a dream and wondered what it could mean? How many times have you told your crazy dreams to others hoping someone might have an idea of its meaning? I’ll bet you do that a lot. Guess what? You don’t have to wonder about your dreams anymore! Imagine waking up from a weird dream and being able to understand it. Imagine being able to recognize the important made-just-for-you message hidden in youe dream. You CAN!!

My latest book Dream On It teaches you how the dreaming mind works. It will teach you how certain dream themes are connected to the different parts of YOU. For example, dreams about animals are really about YOUR behavior. Dreams about other people are really about different parts of YOUR personality. It’s not only fun to be able to figure out your dreams, it can be life changing!

“I bought the book on Sunday and read it in two days! I loved it. It is so insightful to how our minds work. I truly find it enlightening how much we can learn about ourselves if we pay close enough attention to our dreams.” – Erin P.

Ever have a dream within a dream? You know, when your dream goes all “Inception” on you and you wake up from a dream only to find that you are still in a dream and then you finally wake up for good! It’s like a Groundhog Day loop.

Film and television often use this “layered dream sequencing” in their story lines to give their audience a good laugh. One of my favorite examples of it is from a Simpson’s episode where Lisa is trying out for first chair in the school band. Her competition is really tough so she overly exerts herself and passes out:

Lisa: (wakes up after having passed out.)

Mr. Largo: That was a close one Lisa, but you made it!

Lisa: I got first chair?

Mr. Largo: No, you regained consciousness. Alison got first chair.

Lisa: (screams, screen fades to black, then wakes up). Oh, it was all just a dream!

Mr. Largo: That was a close one Lisa, but you made it!

Lisa: I got first chair?

Mr. Largo: No, you regained consciousness. Alison got first chair. And believe me, THIS IS NOT A DREAM!

Lisa: (screams, fade to commercial break)

I wasn’t able to find a clip of it. Sorry. But a more recent example of this, which I did find a clip of, was in an episode of The Big Bang Theory…

So, what the heck does it mean when this happens? What causes our subconscious mind to do the time warp?? Well, I have researched this quite a bit and what I have found is that it’s not so much the loop that holds meaning but rather the waking up. Below is a great example of this. It is from my nationally syndicated newspaper column The Dream Zone…

Dear Lauri,
I had one of those dreams in a dream. In my dream I was fixing a video game and woke up to find out I was pregnant… twice, but not wanting either baby. Then I woke up for real.
– Staci 29, Gloucester, VA

Lauri: What have you been trying to fix or repair in real life? A relationship? A friendship? A difficult situation? The video game suggests it might be a situation where someone is playing head games with you! You then wake up to find you are pregnant. Waking up in a dream means you have recently “woken up” to a certain reality and now need to deal with it. Your reality is being shown to you in the form of an unwanted pregnancy, which means something unwanted is beginning to develop in your life… in fact 2 unwanted developments are beginning to take shape it seems.

Staci replies: I’ve been trying to fix/repair a friendship with my son’s father. I don’t put much effort into it because I’m not sure he wants it or is just laughing at me. I’ve recently “woken up” to the idea that I don’t need his friendship and although it hurts, there’s nothing I can do about it. I literally realized this yesterday! I think the unwanted pregnancies are: his new girlfriend wanting to be a part of the picture (I don’t want her to be anywhere near or in it) and the realization that I’ve got to wholly let any idea of a relationship with him go. It’s neat that something so trivial can project something so big in a dream.

Lauri: It’s not trivial. Your emotions are real and valid and your dream is helping you with that by showing you the unwanted developments in the form of pregnancies to let you know that this can actually result in a “new birth” for you, a brand new life once you can fully let go.

Your dreams are such a powerful part of who you are! When you can understand your dreams, you can change your life!! Just about everything you dream about can be found in my instant dream decoding dictionary. It’s like having an electronic version of me available to you anytime you want. You’ll NEVER have to wonder what your dreams mean EVER again!

Do you ever “dream of food?” Boy, I sure do! Just about every other night I have some form of pastry, or candy in my dreams! Sure, food in dreams can be commenting on your waking life diet and showing what you need to add or remove, but more often, food in dreams is connected to what you desire, what you “hunger” for in waking life, such as a promotion, a new relationship, or in this dreamer’s case, a little less chaos in her life. This is from my nationally syndicated column, The Dream Zone…

Dear Lauri,
I had a dream my boss was forcing me to make a pumpkin pie from scratch. She kept telling me it’s her secret family recipe. She even handed me a pumpkin I had to use. She was being mean in my dream and normally she’s a very nice person. – Candice 30, Salt Lake City, UT

Lauri: The family recipe that is continually mentioned in your dream may refer to your own family and the recipe for success in family life. And I think that’s why your dreaming mind is using pumpkin pie specifically, because pumpkin pie is mostly associated with the big family holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. So this dream is most definitely trying to help you with a family issue.

Since your boss is not acting like herself, then she is not playing herself but rather standing in for your own role as boss in the family, as well as your ability to manage the family, the finances, etc. Are you the one wearing the pants, making the decisions, and so on? It seems that right now you may be feeling you have too much on your plate or too tall of an order from your family to deal with.

Speaking of pies, as Astronomer Carl Sagan once said, “In order to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe.” In other words, rather than focusing on the perfect final outcome, work on getting all the little things right that come before it.

Candice replies: You are so right on! I am a single mom doing everything. I get no help at all from my daughter’s father or from the state. I have been stressed out that I’m not ever going to get help and the day before I had the dream, I was home from work with a sick kid. Thanks.

It seems we spend our whole life going after the almighty dollar. So many of us spend our lives in jobs we hate just so we can pay the bills. We do it out of necessity. We work. We get paid and then we pay the bills. But more bills come so we continue to work, continue to get paid so we can pay… It’s an endless cycle. So when you dream of money, you might naturally think it has to do with your finances. Sometimes it does but, more often than not, money in dreams isn’t about your monetary currency but rather your emotional and psychological currency, that which we pay out to others in the form of love, time and/or respect and that which we earn and receive in the form of compliments, gratitude, respect and so on. Just like monetary currency, emotional and psychological currency is an earn and pay process but that is often far more rewarding!

Below is an example of how our dreams will use the form of money to give us a message about how our emotional and psychological currency transactions are going. The following is from my nationally syndicated newspaper column The Dream Zone:

Dear Lauri,
I dreamed I was in an office somewhere. I opened a drawer and saw an envelope with cash in it. I started taking some and felt really terrible about taking it, but couldn’t stop.
– Noreen 61, Philadelphia, PA

Lauri: The office setting suggests this is connected to an issue you have been working on or that has been a lot of work for you. Cash in dreams is usually connected to your self-worth as well as the value others see in you. This is why we “pay” someone a compliment. But in your dream you took rather than being paid. Have you recently felt you weren’t being given the credit or appreciation you feel you deserve? Also, think about how you felt in the dream and see if it compares to something similar in real life. What have you been feeling bad about lately?

Noreen replies: You are right, I’m not feeling appreciated. I have done so much for my daughter and I barely ever get a thank you. I watched my first grandson every day for the first 5 years of his life. I gave up everything in my own life to do it. I’d do it over again because of the relationship I have with him, but she’s never acknowledged what I did for her or the money I saved her. We’ve loaned her and her husband money, painted their house and other things. Not only do they barely acknowledge anything we’ve done, they barely talk to us when we’re at their house. We were there yesterday so this may be why I dreamed it last night.

Lauri replies: It’s hard to let go of resentment when someone treats you that way. But, the grandkids are worth it. Maybe that’s the message. That’s your payment for all your work.

Noreen replies: Wow. That sounds just right. Thank you so much for all your input. You have hit the nail on the head.

It also includes a chapter on animals in dreams and how they are connected to our behaviors and instincts. Once you’ve read Dream on It you’ll never look at your dreams the same again!

When I first began studying and researching dreams, I was surprised how often snakes slither into the collective dreamscape. All these years later it still amazes me how many snake dreams are reported to me daily, and the majority of them are rather frightening… with good reason. Snakes evoke fear in most of us, even to the point of phobia! They have sharp teeth, a demonic forked tongue. They can strike at lightning speed and inject you with their poison. Shudder.

Because of these widely-feared characteristics, the dreaming mind often uses a snake to represent the dangerous, venomous behavior of someone close to you, and most often, of someone who is typically male. Yes, the phallic shape of the snake plays a big role in its meaning.

I recently dealt with a snake dream in my nationally syndicated newspaper column The Dream Zone. This is a really good example of how the low down people in our life can show up in our dreams as a low down, slithering snake…

Dear Lauri,
Last night I dreamed there were lots of snakes in the carpet and they were fighting spiders. I was watching from another room. I could see hundreds of them. I knew that during the day they hid in the room but at night they took over the rug. I could see hundreds of them, not lethal, just swarming. – John, Chicago, IL

Lauri: You’re a spectator in the dream so it may be connected to an issue in waking life where you are watching things go down, so to speak, rather than getting involved. Or perhaps you are feeling disconnected from something you feel you should be a part of.

Snakes can represent health issues but more often they can represent someone with lowdown poisonous behavior. There were lots of snakes so that can mean that the waking issue is either multifaceted or that this issue involves lots of people that you feel are toxic. And sometimes, the more there is of something in a dream, the more space the issue is taking up in your head.

The spiders suggest that this is something that has really been “bugging” you and that you may even be conflicted about since the snakes and spiders were in a conflict. The snakes and spiders only coming out at night makes me think that this is about people you feel operate in a dark and shady manner. Since you had the dream last night, something from yesterday triggered it.

I think the main message from this dream is that the snakes weren’t lethal, which is a good indication that this seemingly poisonous situation – while unsettling – is not going to kill you so do not feel threatened. Be at peace.

John replies: I am in the media and I talked to a friend yesterday who is also in the media. We were discussing our frustrations with how people operate in this field of work and how we are in the same boat, sort of in limbo, as we were both recently passed over for respective opportunities. It really bugs me the way the media is and it’s so easy to take it personally. I am so over it and do feel I should disconnect from it. That is a daily feeling, actually. Thank you.

The snakes in John’s life are the people in the media he’s been dealing with for quite some time, which is why there were so many snakes… lots of poisonous people over many years (as there are in practically every industry). I love how his dream was showing him two important things: Detach yourself (emotionally) from the situation and it will not harm you.

Ever dream something strange happens to your hair? Maybe you cut it all off or maybe something gets stuck in it… something really gross! As far as body parts go, dreaming of hair is pretty common. The reason why is because of what hair is symbolic of: your plans, your ideas, that which is on your mind because all of these things, like hair, sprout from the head.

Below is a dream I helped a friend with just this week. It’s pretty gross but at the same time, very informative. So much so that I used it in my weekly newspaper column The Dream Zone…

Dear Lauri,
A few nights ago I had a dream that I walked inside from being on my porch and noticed that there were slugs in my hair, slime and the whole bit! Totally freaked me out and woke me up. What does this mean? – Deborah 41, Nashville, TN

Lauri: Your hair represents your thoughts, your ideas, that which is on your mind. The slugs suggest that something has been bugging you but more specifically, it could be connected to someone you feel is slimy or they could represent that you have been feeling sluggish and down about something. Whatever it is, I’m wondering if it is something you have been keeping to yourself and are internalizing since, in your dream, you went from the outside to the inside. I believe the message of this dream is that in order to get this slimy situation out of your thoughts, you have to “come out” and be open and honest about it.

Deborah replies: Wow, that totally makes sense. There is someone whom I’ve questioned their ethics/morals lately and have been bummed to learn that my intuition was correct. I tell my sister everything, but kept this one pretty close to the vest for two days before I shared a lot of it with her. The whole situation was something that disturbed me waaayyy down inside. Thank you for helping me to understand what the dream represents!

As you can see, dreams absolutely have meaning. What’s more, once you are able to understand them you’ll find that they offer very good advice, like Deborah’s dream. They are full of wisdom, ideas… answers! One of my clients refers to dreams as having a second brain. I love that analogy. It is like having a second brain, a night brain that is so much smarter and intuitive than our day brain.

Want to be able to understand and better communicate with your 2nd brain? Want to be able to better remember the dreams your 2nd brain is giving you every night? My dream books will not only have you remembering your dreams but understanding them, in no time! It’s not just fun to be able to figure out your dreams, it’s unbelievably empowering! Want an edge in life? Listen to your dreams!!

“Dream On It is a must read! I Could not stop reading it. This book is amazing and never have I understood more about my dreams as I do now. And remembering those dreams makes it so much better. Buy this book, you won’t be disappointed.” – Brandi, a reviewer on Amazon

A fairly common but confusing element to many of our dreams is morphing or shape shifting. For example, I recently dreamed I was me but when I looked into the mirror I had morphed into Whitney Houston. Later in the dream I was being interviewed by Steve Harvey but he morphed into Patrick Stewart with a really bad wig!

I actually got to tell Steve Harvey that dream the first time I was on his show. He didn’t know who Patrick Stewart was!

Dreams are funny when they get all shape-shifty like that, but there is also a reason they do that… and it’s all about changes that are taking place in your life or within you. If you think about the most recent changes that have happened in your life, can you see how one situation in your life has sort of morphed into a different situation? Or how your attitude or perspective has shifted recently? Changes aren’t typically sudden. They tend to evolve with time. Our dreams will give form to the changes in our life by the cool effect of morphing or shape shifting in order to give us a better understanding of the changes at hand.

Below is a great example of how our dreams use morphing to illustrate changes. This is from my nationally syndicated newspaper column The Dream Zone…

Dear Lauri,
In my dream I kept morphing into different animals. Each animal was like a progression to the next level up. I went from a deer to a wolf to a tiger and then a hawk. These people were trying to capture me, but when I became the hawk I was able to soar and none of them could reach me or even get close. – Lacie 24, Salt Lake City, UT

Lauri: All the morphing in this dream suggests you and/or your life has been changing. The animals are clues as to what these changes are. The deer suggests you may have started out feeling victimized, the wolf means you then decided to take on the mindset of a predator rather than victim and that seems to have led you to discovering your feminine prowess, symbolized by the tiger. And the final transformation is very fitting, a hawk. You have risen above and freed yourself from that which had you playing the victim and now can see, like a hawk, through those that would not have your best interests at heart. In a nutshell, have you realized that you are above certain lowly behaviors and attitudes and, just as no one could touch you in the dream, do you now feel you will no longer allow yourself to be trapped in bad situations or bad relationships?

Lacie replies: Wow! I would say that is right on point. I have had a TON of changes in my life. I finally got the raise I’ve been working my butt off for. There was a lot of drama with that and I did feel like a victim and like I wasn’t being rewarded. I also just moved into my own apartment. I would say that all this has given me a lot of confidence in myself. That is interesting about the deer to wolf morph because I had just came across a quote that said, don’t be a victim, be a warrior. Kinda crazy!!

Lacie’s dream shows us how the changes she is making in her life are improving who she is. She is no longer a victim. Her dream is a pat on the back from her subconscious mind. When you have a morphing dream, ask yourself first how the morphing in the dream seems to correlate to changes in your waking life. Then ask yourself if the morphing shows a positive progression or a regression. These questions should give you clarity on whether your waking life changes are good for you or not.

And, like a sex dream, the meaning is not as bad as you think. Last week a rather concerned young lady wrote in to my nationally syndicated newspaper column The Dream Zone with a dream she had about playing tonsil hockey… with her cousin!

Dear Lauri,
I was sitting in a room filled with sand and there were beautiful, red and purple Persian rugs with my cousin’s picture on them. I tried to walk to one of them to get a better look but the sand was really hard to navigate. As I got stuck, my cousin appeared and for some freaky reason we got into a hot and heavy make out session. By the way, I would never make out with my cousin!
– Kat 38, Wausau, WI

Lauri: Interesting. Usually, making out in a dream can be connected to intimate conversation in waking life because, like kissing, it takes two mouths to communicate. Do you need to or have you recently had an important or intimate conversation with your cousin? If not, then your cousin may represent someone you need to have a deep conversation with or something you need to have a deep conversation about. To figure that out, ask yourself what three things first come to mind when you think of your cousin. Can you associate any of those things with yourself or with your current circumstances?

The rugs could be a reference to sweeping something under the rug, rather than discussing it. Getting stuck in the sand suggests you are feeling stuck somewhere in real life, something isn’t progressing. Sand can refer to time. Is something taking a long time to change or happen? Whatever it is, sweeping the issue under the rug certainly won’t help the matter. I think your dream is telling you it is TIME for conversation.

Kat replies: Aha! Yesterday was my brother’s birthday and I haven’t talked to him in years. I was feeling bad about the lack of communication in my extended family which includes my cousin that I used to be very close to and talk to a lot. And, this family won’t budge. Nobody will apologize and make an effort so we are stuck right where we are. Whew. At least, I am not a sick freak that wants to make out with my cousin!!!

Kat’s in good company. We’re all sick freaks in our dreams, after all! It’s funny how, in dreams, we seem to have no moral boundaries, isn’t it? Murder, incest, kidnapping can all seem perfectly normal in the dream world. The reason why is because the brain is working much differently while we are in the dream state than it does when we’re awake. For example, the part of the Prefrontal Cortex that controls rational, linear thought is dormant. This is one of the reasons that dreams are symbolic rather than literal. Therefore kissing is symbolic of intimate conversation. Murder is symbolic of putting an end to something you no longer need or want, etc.

When you can understand the symbolism in your dreams, they wont freak you out anymore. Instead, you’ll be able to see that they are very deeply connected to what is going on in your current life and, what’s more, like Kat’s dream, they are giving you extremely important messages you need to know to improve your behavior, your relationships, your current issues and your life! It’s a much bigger deal to be able to understand your dreams than you think. My latest book Dream On It, Unlock Your Dreams Change Your Life shows you how to understand the symbolism in your dreams AND how to understand the way the dreaming mind works. If you had a copy, you’d be able to figure out your dreams in no time!

“I use your your book in my practice.

When we listen to and know how to understand our dreams, we can make much better decisions regarding ALL areas of our lives: finances, career, and especially our relationships because our dreams tell us like it REALLY is.

Patty, for example, was getting back into a relationship that had gone wrong before. Little did she know, the dragon in her dream was telling her, “Don’t do it!” The following is from my nationally syndicated column The Dream Zone…

Dear Lauri: Last night I dreamed my foot was in a desk drawer, one of those old metal gray desks, and there was an iguana in there sucking on my big toe! Though in my dream it was a dragon and I knew if I moved it would poison me and kill me. – Patty 39, Canby, OR

Lauri: The old desk may mean this is about an issue that is somewhat old but that you need to work on, just as we work on our desks… and in which you need to “put your foot down!” But instead it may be that you are allowing the issue or the person to suck off of you, your time or your energy. The iguana/dragon, I believe, represents that this is about someone that you may describe as cold-blooded (or perhaps your fear that you will come across as cold-blooded if you put your foot down). The fact that you felt this reptile was a dragon means you also feel that this issue has begun to “drag on” and on. If you can find a pun or a play on words in a dream, you have found a good deal of the message. Your fear of moving in the dream implies that you are afraid to make a move about this issue in real life for fear of backlash, perhaps. So just remember, no movement means nothing changes.

Patty replies: Oh my God! My ex just came back into the picture. And I AM afraid to put my foot down. I’m afraid I won’t be able to pull out if I decided that’s what’s best. We have only talked about the surface problems of why we broke up. Nothing “real” has been really talked about yet. Holy cow that fits to a tee. Thanks!

Update: So I had a conversation with my ex. After what you said and dreaming last night about big huge worms crawling out of fruit I had just taken a bite out of, I figured I couldn’t let it drag on anymore. Thanks again!

Lauri: Now it makes even more sense as to why the dragon was sucking on your toe. We use our toe to test the temperature of the water in a pool or lake, etc. You were obviously “testing the waters” of this relationship. Good thing your dreams came in and warned you before you got in “too deep!”

Your dreams will never steer you wrong. They are the part of you that truly knows what is best FOR YOU. You just need to be able to understand the language they speak so you can get those warnings, and answers that you need every day! Just think of all the mistakes you could have avoided up to this point in your life if you had been able understand your dreams’ warnings.

Fear not. I can totally help you understand your dreams. You can set up a private and personal dream reading with me here or you can learn to figure out your dreams for yourself with one of my dream books. They also make great gifts for the holidays (hostess gifts too) AND I’ll autograph them!

“A listener just called in to tell us that she has Cracking the Dream Code and brought it to work. Everyone in her office calls it the Bible because they refer to it every day!” – Jay, morning show producer WOMX Orlando, FL

“Your books have been so helpful. I’m seeing my dreams in a much different light. I can’t believe how simple the symbology is once you get the hang of it. BTW, your drawings are incredible. You’re a fantastic artist!” – Patricia, Chico, CA
