I’m so glad I found this! I only recently started having this dream but it has been a recurring dream on and off for months. I think it’s a COVID/quarantine -related dream. I also have another “anxiety dream” where I am trapped in the upper floors of an unfinished house – floors are in, but not the staircases! the filthy public toilet dream has replaced the unfinished house dream this year. It’s interesting to know that I am nor alone with this awful dream!

I have the same recurring dream. I find myself in the bathroom and all the stalls are filthy, there is water and poop on the floor. and the dream always wind up with me sitting on the toilet in the open where every one sees you sitting.

I dream of a dirty bathroom it was just dirt some toilet was gone out of the stalls just dirt big bathroom a well known preacher was studying over in a corner and i couldn’t find a clean one with all stalls and doors on then some was without toilet and some with my middle son thought a plastic bottle in an some little boy was disrupting the pastor and I want to wash my hands ask the pastor for soap and he founded it and let me use it i wash my hands and woke up

I think it’s way less complicated than that. I have the dirty bathroom dream when I actually really need to empty my bladder and this dream is my subconscious way of preventing me from wetting my bed.
