The lucid dreaming is a little less than lucid. I'm finding it's so far to the point where I can wake up from a nightmare then put myself in a state of just before sleeping, but not quite awake and dream about something completely different.

Interesting article. The whole dream within a dream thing brings up this idea about waht IS reality really? lol great stuff of infinity!
