For those who don't already know, the “snakes” he drove out of Ireland were actually people he had either killed or exiled that wouldn't convert. Snakes in most religious beliefs represent wisdom and knowledge and clarity and even enlightenment. But in the Bible they are trickery in some places and healing in others. Depends on where you read. In Genesis the serpent beguiles and tricks and, interestingly, hangs out around the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. From that snakes are often associated with Satan and trickery in the Christian world. Makes sense cause way back when folks were burned at the steak or beheaded and such for trying to gain knowledge by the then religious leaders. So driving the “snakes” out of Ireland makes perfect sense cause it was still in a time where books and scrolls were protected by the priests and not available for the common man. Some believe St. Patrick was bent on revenge because of his years in slavery and was more then successful at it. I think there are some folks, not you Lauri, who don't realize that dreams can aid the good as well as the bad.

You have to keep scrolling down. It takes words from your question and explains the significance of them separately. It isn't fortune telling but psychology. I don't know about the adds on the page either cause I didn't click on them but the ask a question free page seems legit to me. Still if it goes against you conscious it's better to hold off until you figure out what is actually bothering you. Sometimes there are other things going on in our lives that we need to deal with before we can move on.
